FAQ

Where are the candles made?

Each candle is crafted by the owner in Texas, U.S. with premium ingredients sourced from the USA.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! To include a personalized gift note with your order, click on the button "Its a gift" on the cart and type out your message. We will add a nice card in the box with your message free of cost to you.

Also, Invoices are not added to orders marked as "gift", that way the gift recipient will not see the price of the order.

What ingredients do you use?

Our ingredients are sourced carefully to produce safe, sustainable products that are vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free, and absolutely never tested on animals. (Advocate of animals myself)

Are your materials sustainable?

Having sustainability as our core we chose packaging materials that can be reusable, recycle and re purpose.

Glass Candle vessels: Can be later used as a jar for compote or storage items.

Biodegradable Peanuts: Packing peanuts can be decompose in water leaving no toxic waste.

Just add water to the peanuts and will shrink leaving a liquid that can then be used to feed plants. Our peanuts are made of organic starch, meaning have nutrients that can help grow healthy plants.

Honeycomb paper for packaging: Recyclable! Say no no to plastic bubble wrap.

Carton boxes: Recyclable or repurposed!

How to safely handle candles?

To make sure our candles stay lit, trim the candle’s wick to 1/4” before or after each burn bash and let it glow for 3-4 hour beats, or until a full melt fiesta forms.

Can I get my candles personalized?

Definitely, we're big fans of adding a special touch to every product and personalization is crucial! Please add a note under your product selection with details on specific fragrance or color.

How do I get a good hot throw?

To ensure an exceptional fragrance experience, our candles are meticulously tested. Consider that each candle size is tailored for a particular room size, with small candles ideal for compact spaces and larger 16oz candles suitable for expansive areas like kitchens or living rooms.

Be mindful if you lit your candle under a vent, the air would diffuse the fragrance scent.
